This VidSit Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) discloses the privacy practices for us at VidSit (“VidSit”) regarding your use of the VidSit application and/or VidSit.com website (collectively, the "App") and how we treat the information that we collect. At this time, we do no collect any personally identifiable information about your use of our App. Any information collected by Apple is governed by the privacy policy(ies) applicable to you and your device(s) as posted by Apple at www.apple.com/privacy (as may be amended). Any information collected by Google (e.g. Android device users) is governed by the privacy policy(ies) applicable to you and your device(s) as posted by Google at: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ (as may be amended). 

 

We will use any personally identifiable information that you knowingly provide to us (e.g. email address) through any e-mail form provided via the VidSit App and/or VidSit.com to communicate with you when you have customer service questions, concerns or comments about the VidSit App.

 

This Privacy Policy may change, and use of information that we gather in the future will be subject to the Privacy Policy that is in effect as of the time of use. You are responsible for periodically checking our Privacy Policy. You may opt-out of any posted change to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal information by sending an e-mail to Privacy [at] VidSit.com. If we make minor changes to this Privacy Policy, the changes will be immediately effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy to the website. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how we will use or collect your Personally Identifiable Information, all amended terms shall automatically be effective ten (10) days after they are initially posted on the site. The date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy is the date that the Privacy Policy is effective.
